Overview

Vortex meters measure the frequency of vortices shed from a bluff body placed in the pipe. With no moving parts they tolerate gases and steam well, which is why the listings in this family concentrate on air, nitrogen, natural gas and steam.

Four listings are grouped: a mini vortex meter with RS232, a stainless-steel RS232 meter named for natural gas, a flanged digital meter for gas, water and air, and a 4–20 mA meter for compressed air, nitrogen and steam. The photographs show flanged inline meters and a mounting-hardware kit.
